Facial Cleansing

Cleansing our face is the most important part in the daily care of our skin. It should become a daily care routine which we should not neglect.

Facial cleansing should be done twice a day, morning and night with the same meticulousness, because it is the first and basic step for proper skin care.

Makeup products, toxins, dead cells, skin secretions and air pollutants are removed from the skin. Pores that are not open on the one hand can cause skin problems, on the other hand they prevent the penetration of the nutrients of dermocosmetics (as a result of which they can not act and nourish the skin in depth). Thus, the skin loses its radiance, its elasticity and premature aging occurs.

For a complete face treatment we must first carefully remove the makeup from the entire face. Particular attention should be paid to the eye area due to its sensitivity. Then cleanse our skin with a cleanser. The products used for skin cleansing are varied and their choice depends mainly on our skin type, but also our personal preferences.

Two to three times a week, an additional, deep cleansing of the facial skin should be done with an exfoliating product. By exfoliating, we remove dead cells, and help rejuvenate the skin.

We must pay attention to some details in order to properly clean the face:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before starting
• Spread the product on the fingertips and make gentle, upward and circular movements all over the face and neck.
• Once or twice a week is enough to use exfoliating products
• We complete the cleansing process by moisturizing our skin
