Instructions for the correct application of Cosmetic Products

Cosmetics should be applied on the face and neck following a specific direction, the direction of the facial muscles, in order to avoid muscle slackness.

Thorough hand washing is necessary to prevent the transmission of germs. Also, dirt, sebum and makeup should be removed from the face before applying any product.

Our movements should be directed mostly from bottom to top. When applying cosmetic products, keep your movements gentle.

The movements per area should be as follows:

  • Chest: From the chest upwards, towards the base of the neck.
  • Neck: From the base of the neck upwards. Pay close attention to the area where the thyroid is located.
  • Muscular Width (Double Jaw): Longitudinally from side to side.
  • Jaw: From one side to the other.
  • Cheeks: Uphill movements from bottom to top.
  • Nose: Upward movements or from the base of the nose upwards.
  • Forehead: Along the forehead from one side to the other or evenly from the base of the nose right-left.
  • Mouth: Circular around the mouth.
  • Eyes: Around the eyes starting from the eyebrow in a circle and ending at the same point.
  • On the goose foot (at the tip of the eye), where there are wrinkles we can make movements in the shape of the number “8” for better absorption of the cream. After applying the cream, we can tap gently the face with our fingertips (finger tapping) for better hyperemia. Fingertips of both hands should simultaneously tap from the jaw to the nose cheeks and temples. The fingers tap on the muscular surface alternately.

Following the above instructions, we have a better result on the skin.
